Location
The luxury villa is in a small, discreet, well-landscaped, gated community called The Abbey in Orlando, Florida that borders on a small lake and orange groves. The Abbey itself is part of and on the eastern edge of a larger beautifully landscaped up-market development called West Haven.
It is is in Davenport on the northern edge of Polk County and Lakeland, near to the theme parks but in the countryside outside the heavily commercialised tourist epicenters on Hwy 192 and International Drive.
The attractive 4-bedroom villa itself has a sunny, larger than normal pool (28ft x 14ft) that faces south west onto a secluded lawned area. It is not overlooked. It is ideally situated within a few minutes drive of Exit 58 on the I-4 Interstate Highway so trips to Orlando, the airport and either coast as well as the theme parks are very easy.
The villa near Disney in Orlando, Florida is exceptionally well equipped and appointed, to Gold standard with ceiling fans to complement the air conditioning. It has 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, 2 additional bedrooms, a very well appointed kitchen, dining room, sitting room, a games room with pool, air hockey and fooseball, laundry room, a main bathroom and a small additional rest room for the particularly large pool. There are cable TVs in all the bedrooms and a very large one (200 channel digital) in the sitting room with systems for video, DVD and CDs.
The Abbey is three minutes from Florida's finest courses - Greg Norman's magnificent Champions Gate Complex with its two golf courses and David Leadbetter Golf Academy, not far from the millionaires playground of Reunion. There are a dozen superb courses within twenty minutes.
