Detailed Room Description
Family Room:
This vacation home has an open-plan Family Room, which overlooks the villa pool deck. The villa is very tastefully decorated and well appointed with two deep armchairs and a 3-seat sleeper sofa. The room is very light and airy with a cathedral ceiling and tiled floor throughout. There is a ceiling fan to complement the air conditioning. Glass doors (with pool alarm) lead out on to the pool deck. A large TV with DVD & CD player and video recorder provides the entertainment.
Dining Room:
The tiled Dining Room is open-plan and adjacent to the Villa Family Room with breakfast bar to the Kitchen. The large dining table seats eight with full accoutrement supplied. One glass wall with glass doors (with pool alarm) leads onto the sheltered shaded poolside lanai/patio with ceiling fan - ideal for a pre-prandial drink at dusk or an al fresco supper facing the setting sun.
Kitchen:
The tiled open-plan Kitchen of this luxury vacation home has all the appliances you would expect including a large cooker, microwave oven, large fridge freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, kettle, smoothie maker plus pots pans cutlery and table ware. The separate Laundry Room contains a washer, separate drier, iron and ironing board.
Master En Suite Bedroom:
What a lovely room - the queen size bed looks out through glass patio doors directly on to the villa pool. The room is very attractively decorated with a lovely quilt, beautiful bedside lamps, pictures potted plants and a ceiling fan to enhance that colonial ambiance. Bedside units, radio alarm clock, large dressing table and cable TV provide the finishing touches. The extensive luxury bathroom has a sumptuous corner bath as well as a walk in shower to complement the other refinements.
Second En Suite Bedroom:
This beautifully appointed room has a private feel about it and is furthest from the living area and pool. It catches the morning sun. The very tastefully decorated queen size bed is complemented by very attractive bedside units and lamps, large dressing table, potted plants and pictures and, of course, a colonial style ceiling fan. There is also a cable TV/video combo and radio alarm clock. The fully fitted en suite bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet.
Twin, Safari, Bedroom:
Mind the leopard doesn't get you. The theme is complemented by dark rattan bed heads and draw unit, a bedside table with very attractive double bedside lamp, themed pictures and a ceiling fan. A double closet, cable TV/video combo and radio alarm clock complete the ensemble.
Donald Duck's Disney Twin Bedroom
Sleep by the lighthouse with Disney's Donald Duck. On board he has twin beds with bedside table and attractive blue lamp and lighthouse, a four draw unit, a double closet, a ceiling fan, cable TV and radio alarm clock.
Main Bathroom:
The villa's main bathroom is alongside the two twin bedrooms and is fully fitted with a bath with overhead shower to complement the wash basin and large vanity unit, toilet and bathroom cupboard.
Games Room:
Rental of this vacation home has many benefits including it's own pool, table tennis, fooseball and air hockey provided in the themed games room. A quadruple overhead light with ceiling fan adds to the atmosphere. Pool volleyball is available in the villa swimming pool with tennis, beach volleyball and fitness room available at the free Communal Club nearby.
Private Swimming Pool:
This vacation home rental has an enclosed pool big enough to swim in (28ft x 14ft) unlike many villas, it is perfect to relax in after a day out at Disney World or one of the many great surrounding attractions. It is very sunny but at the same time sheltered and secluded, with a shady lanai/patio that faces the setting sun and leads into the open plan dining room at one end of the pool. The pool leads out onto secluded lawns with azalea and oleander shrubs and pine trees, with orange groves at one end, and is not overlooked. Attractive enhancements include underwater lighting, optional heating, a pool thermal blanket roller for easy use in winter, a pool volleyball net and an overhead fan for the lanai/patio. Poolside table, chairs and loungers are provided.
