The villa is in a small, discreet, well-landscaped, gated community called The Abbey, in Orlando Florida, that borders on a small lake and orange groves. The attractive 4-bedroom villa is ideally situated within a few minutes drive of Exit 58 on the I-4 Interstate Highway so trips to Orlando, the airport and either coast as well as the theme parks are very easy.
The Abbey is three minutes from Greg Norman's magnificent Champions Gate Complex with its two golf courses and David Leadbetter Golf Academy and there are a dozen other superb golf courses within 20 minutes drive.
